L'Industrie Pizzeria Expands to Little Italy

L'Industrie Pizzeria is opening a third New York City location this spring at 197 Grand Street in Little Italy, between Mulberry and Mott, in the former home of Margherita. The expansion marks the brand's second Manhattan outpost, following its 2023 West Village debut, and is a partnership between founder Massimo Laveglia, Nick Baglivo, and former general manager Manuel Jimenez. Known for its thin-crusted, naturally fermented slices and cult-favorite burrata pie, L'Industrie has become one of the city's most sought-after pizzerias since opening its original Williamsburg location in 2017.
