L’industrie Expands Pastry Program

L'Industrie is expanding its pastry program with the addition of chef Gabriele Marziali, joining the team this year. He comes to NYC from Rome, where he worked at Love and spent nearly a decade building a reputation for his croissants. Marziali will help expand the bakery's offerings and will debut weekly specials every Sunday at the Little Italy location.
